Super Module Capability
The Super Module allows hardware processing modules in two or more separate Lake Processing devices to function as a single module in the Lake Controller software. The internal modules of all devices are integrated within the Controller application, and therefore allow “mix and match” Super Module configurations using PLM Series devices, external Lake LM 26 Digital Audio Loudspeaker Processors, Dolby Lake Processors, as well as legacy Lake Contour™ and Lake Mesa Quad and Parametric EQ™ devices.
The Super Module is particularly useful when multiple amplifiers of different types are used for the low-, mid- and high-frequency drivers in a line array. Exceptional versatility in the Controller allows processing parameters to be configured into presets at multiple levels: module, frame, loudspeaker array, and full system. The Controller also features subsystem files, which define a subset of the system, such as a rack or a loudspeaker array.
